Services with Leslie MacDonald, Let's Talk MarketingI work with companies, associations and students to educate and enlighten them about marketing.

Marketing is personal branding, advertising, customer service. Marketing is pinpointing the group you want as customers and learning how to speak to them. Marketing is understanding the communication preferences of Gen Y and how to attract them. Marketing is every single interaction your company has with the public. Marketing is changing at a break neck speed and the opportunities are endless, making it all that much more important for you to know what your next step should be.

How are you doing with the pieces of your marketing puzzle – is there anything we should Talk about?

Every presentation is customized to address your particular requirements. Regardless of the presentation, there is one constant: in order for a business or person to be successful, they must constantly build and reinforce leadership, customer service, change, teamwork and talent – and I can show you how to do it.
Let’s Talk if you would like me to speak to your company, your group or your conference.

Presentations I have given recently:

Marketing to Women: Women control or influence 80% of household spending. They are loyal and refer business. When targeting women you get a higher return on your marketing investment through higher  customer purchases and greater client retention. But colouring it pink is not a marketing strategy and understanding the demands of a woman’s life stage is vital.

Customer Service and Marketing 101: The needs of the consumers are changing. Are your processes in place to make it easy for your customers to buy from you? Have you empowered your staff to handle the situations when the customer isn’t right? Are you striving to delight your customer before they have  even met you?

Marketing Across the Generations: Traditionalists, Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y – all have the same fundamental wants and needs but the ways in which they navigate the world and react to marketing is completely different. Who are they, what were the influences during their formative years, what are their communication styles, how do we attract them and engage them.
